The Northeastern Conference Sabbath School Department is pleased to invite you to join us for a special Sabbath School Bus Tour to the historic Hiram Edson Farm in Clifton Springs, New York.
Experience Adventist History
The Hiram Edson Farm holds an important place in Seventh-day Adventist history. Following the Great Disappointment of 1844, Hiram Edson’s experience on this property contributed to the early Adventist understanding of Christ’s ministry in the heavenly sanctuary.
This tour offers us a unique opportunity to go beyond reading about our history and visit a place that played an important role in the development of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Visitors to the historic property can experience:
- The historic Hiram Edson Farm
- The Bible Prophecy and Prayer Garden Trail
- Exhibits and artifacts highlighting early Adventist history
- A documentary about the life and experience of Hiram Edson
- A historic 1854 Washington Hand Press
- The restored historic barn
